You are invited to be part of the Annual Texas Hot and Spicy Festival, set to be the largest indoor expo of its kind. A Cajun, Crawfish, Salsa, BBQ, Cooking, Grilling, Spicy and Hot crowd of approximately 20,000 is expected.
From Salsa, BBQ sauces, Hot Sauce, Spices, and Everything Hot, this expo is for you. Other events include live cooking demonstrations featuring Fried Turkeys, Crawfish Boils and Hot Grilling. Houstons top chefs kick it up a notch as they compete for the Hottest Chef Award. Consumers will buy and taste everything Hot from Salsa to Spices to Sauces, in abundance.
Bonus Special Events:
Featuring a Hot Chili Pepper Eating and Hottest Salsa contest where contestants will compete for $1000 in prizes to be awarded.
